Referee Processes

Documents submitted to referee processes are often returned with comments and requests for changes. If I translated or reviewed/edited the document, I will gladly assist with this follow-up. New text added to a document I have already worked on is charged at the above rates. If a referee is unhappy with the language quality, I will revise it, exclusive of any added new text, until accepted by that referee, at no additional cost.

Payments

Payments can be made online via PayPal (use the link PayPal.Me/jlindsayedwards, or via Payoneer. Direct transfers can be made to Payoneer, or bank accounts in the US or Mexico. Remittances are also accepted.

Deposits/Milestone payments

The client may be asked for a deposit equal to 50% of total job cost with the balance due upon client acceptance of final product. Milestone payments can be negotiated for larger projects.

Invoicing

Invoices can be generated for all jobs, but may require addition of a 16% VAT. Basic receipts are also available. I will help in every way possible to make sure the job can be paid and documented in a way that best meets your fiscal needs.
